Angel Policy

An Angel Policy is a form of limited license that specifies how a stamped image can be used and any specific requirements of the manufacturer or artist. Typically, this outlines under what circumstances, if any, a stamper can make and sell items created using a manufacturer's rubber stamps.
Witt & Sass Angel Policy is as follows:
Quantity Limits:
 None. We love the idea of you using our stamps to create tiny works art to sell at crafts fairs!
Special Requirements:
 Witt & Sass would like you to credit us on your projects when you can but it isn't necessary.  

For any use of the stamps other than paper crafting projects for sale, written permission is needed
Permitted Sales Outlets: 
Handmade items can be sold at craft fairs, fundraisers, retail locations, and over the Internet.
Other Information:
STAMPS: Creating individually hand stamped items for sale is great! Mass quantities or for that matter not-so-mass quantities created by means of reproduction (electronic scanning, photocopying, saving images from web pages, etc.) or any means other than ink pad to rubberstamp or vice versa is not allowed

(1) You must HAND STAMP your projects with images you have purchased directly from Witt & Sass or one of our resellers. 

(2) Our images must not be digitally altered in any way or mechanically reproduced (i.e. scanning, photoshopping, enlarging etc) * contact for exceptions

(3) Our images may not be used for logos, trademarks, or any promotional materials AT ALL

(4) Stamped images on cardstock may NEVER EVER be sold (swapping)

(6) Image swapping is not tolerated
